Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN/RNLD
Hourly Rate: £22.50
Rotation of day and night shifts, Up to 42 hours per week

Qualifications
* NMC Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
* Experience within a nursing home or care setting.
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on safe, high-quality care.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
* Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents with complex needs.

Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex needs and learning disabilities.
* Support residents’ health and wellbeing through effective assessment, care planning, and clinical practice.
* Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
* Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Lead, mentor, and guide care staff during shifts.
* Promote dignity, independence, and choice in all aspects of care.
