The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging and tailored Maths lessons, supporting students’ individual learning needs, and helping them develop confidence and skills in numeracy.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons adapted to the needs of students with SEN.

2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and interventions as required.

3. Create a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.

4. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

5. Contribute to the development of teaching resources and strategies tailored for SEN learners.

Requirements:

6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

7. Experience teaching Maths, preferably within an SEN setting.

8. Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies.

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10. Passion for helping students with SEN achieve their potential.
