CHP Service Engineer
Northwest (Regional with some UK travel)
£40,000 to £45,500 + Overtime (OTE £65k) + Van

NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading player in the energy and power generation sector, seeking a dedicated and skilled CHP Service Engineer to join their team covering the Northwest region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who thrives on variety, autonomy, and making a real impact on site performance and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform day-to-day operations, planned maintenance, and rapid breakdown response on CHP generating assets, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
* Fault diagnosis, location, and rectification across electrical, mechanical, and heat systems.
* Manage spare parts stock levels and utilise in-house tools to minimise unnecessary contractor use.
* Promote and uphold high standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance at all times.
* Support and upskill Operations Technicians to handle routine maintenance, freeing you up for more complex tasks.
* Represent the business professionally on client sites, ensuring well-maintained, clean and safe working environments.
* Participate in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota and occasional overnight stays as required.
