About you…

1. Have previous experience in a telephone support or customer service role and a passion to deliver exceptional service
2. Are highly motivated and genuinely enjoy talking to a wide variety of people
3. Have excellent interpersonal skills, with a naturally warm and friendly style
4. Provide a natural empathy with people who are struggling with their weight
5. Have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload while working effectively as part of a busy team
6. Have experience of working with, and are skilled in the use of various PC, information management and Microsoft Office packages
