A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Blackburn is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team after the Easter break.
This is a wonderful opportunity to support children at a vital stage of their development within a nurturing and supportive school environment.
About the Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
* Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Observing, assessing and recording children’s progress
* Supporting individuals and small groups to achieve their full potential
* Helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
✅ The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
* Have recent experience working within an EYFS setting
* Demonstrate a secure understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Be caring, patient and enthusiastic
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Have strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
