Working within a busy and collaborative Residential Lettings team, we are seeking a professional, personable, and motivated individual to join us in promoting business development.
As a Property Lister, you will be part of our Lettings team and will closely with the Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for sourcing, valuing, and securing new rental instructions. You will play a key role in growing our portfolio by building strong relationships with landlords and showcasing properties to their full potential. This role is Monday-Friday (40HPW), with occasional Saturday working. Where a Saturday is worked, a weekday will be given in lieu.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct market appraisals and valuations for residential rental properties including where properties are being re-let.
* Win new instructions by delivering exceptional service and expert advice to landlords.
* Prepare accurate and compelling property listings, including photography and descriptions.
* Liaise with landlords to ensure properties meet legal and market standards.
* Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new and existing properties.
* Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants to find a mutually beneficial agreement.
* Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
* Maintain accurate records of valuations, instructions, and client communications.
* Assist with both new business and business retention.
* Adhering to the relevant guidelines set by law at all times.
EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience is essential and knowledge of the local areas would be a distinct advantage.
* Up to date with trends in the local residential lettings market.
* Customer/Client management.

* Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
