The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity to join a specialist education law team working on high-impact cases that genuinely change lives.
You will act on behalf of parents, children, and young people, advising on a broad range of education matters, often involving vulnerable clients and complex legal challenges.
The Role
* Managing a caseload of education law matters, including:
* SEN (Special Educational Needs)
* EHCP appeals and Tribunal work
* School exclusions and admissions
* Representing clients in Tribunal proceedings
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients
* Working closely with colleagues across public law and litigation
* Supporting business development and team growth
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Education Law (or a strong interest with relevant transferable experience)
* Experience handling SEN and Tribunal matters is highly desirable
* Strong client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters
* Excellent communication and advocacy skills
* A genuine passion for making a difference
