Pay Rate: £26,000. Grade: RCS O. Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time). Shift patterns: This role will start on a day shift, Monday to Friday, working standard office hours. After 1st September, the position will transition to a weekly rotating 0600‑1400/1400‑2200 or 2200‑0600 shift, including 1 weekend day per week.

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support the Super User Team with system testing and training as we implement the new Warehouse Management System (WMS). Once the initial testing and training phase is complete, this role will transition into a Warehouse Administrator position.
Typical Day
- Support UAT testing by setting up WMS test scenarios, completing test scripts, recording results and re‑testing where required.
- Provide training and day‑to‑day support to colleagues on WMS processes, acting as the first point of contact for system‑related queries.
- Support goods‑in, goods‑out and inventory functions by ensuring system accuracy and warehouse process compliance.
- Deal with general ad‑hoc warehouse queries and telephone calls in a polite and respectful manner.
- Work with and alongside other departments to maximise efficiencies and best practice.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or stock and admin roles.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
- Strong IT literacy, including confidence using Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with key stakeholders.
