Our client, a leading organisation in the construction sector is looking to hire a Project Lead HRIS.

You will be responsible for liaison with the Project team to identifying the HR system requirements and successful delivery of the implementation of and integration of new HR systems working across employee compliance, recruitment, learning & development, time management and payroll related functions.

It is a full time 2 year contract role, based on site in Fermanagh.

Responsibilities:

1. Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
2. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and support customisation to meet their needs.
3. Prepare scope documents to meet HR requirements and support go live processes
4. Identify and design HR system reports required to meet data reporting and regulatory requirements
5. Access the system requirements of the HR team
6. Provide HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
7. Ensure system updates and integrations
8. Monitor HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective actions as necessary.
9. Participate in HR project initiatives including HR system implementations, process improvements, and automation. • Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR data.
10. Collaborate with IT, Payroll or external vendors to optimize HR data management and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
11. Support HR data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
12. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders to ensure full utilisation of system
13. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR data analysis.

Requirements:

14. Proven experience in a HR environment with previous expertise in HR data systems across Recruitment, Learning & Development, Time Management and Payroll.
15. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
16. Strong employment law knowledge across UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland and data reporting requirements
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract relevant data from HR data sets.
18. Familiarity with HR systems and their data structures. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing HR data.
19. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
20. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and meet challenging deadlines.
21. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant HR qualifications or experience in Human Resources.
