Responsibilities:
* Help build our technology for the future - be it infrastructure or front end
* Collaborate with product, design, and analytics to define and deliver impactful features
* Develop internal tools to boost operational efficiency
* Harness the power of LLMs and generative AI to enhance user experience
* Optimize systems and workflows using the latest AI technologies
Qualifications:
* Strong hands on experience with Ruby on Rails, Turbo, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS, AWS, PostgreSQL
* Experience integrating with LLMs like OpenAI and Claude
* Strong understanding of scalable architecture and pragmatic software design
* Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with PMs, UX, and data specialists
* A product-first mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
