Tribute is looking for a compassionate, hard-working, and team-oriented Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting team. This is a great role for someone driven, passionate about relationship building and motivated to work in a mission-driven environment.

Tribute is a growing private home care company that offers people who need assistance in the home what they want above all else: consistently great Caregivers and great service. We do this by hiring only those Caregivers who can build real connections with their clients and by offering them the community of support and recognition they deserve.

A day in the life of a Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator

In this role, you will support Tribute's mission of building a high-performance, low-turnover community of the best Caregivers in home care by supporting recruiting efforts to hire remarkable Caregivers across the company.

This will be done by:

* Embodying Tribute's mission, understanding the experience of our Caregivers and embracing Tribute's difference
* Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens to evaluate Caregivers' qualifications and experience
* Guiding applicants through Tribute's hiring process, offering assistance and instructions to ensure a positive candidate experience
* Assisting with the new hire onboarding process
* Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and Tribute's policies

This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person team meetings or events held at our Framingham, MA office.

Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, administrative setting
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient with technology and comfortable learning and adopting new systems
* The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
* Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow
* Residency in Greater Boston within a commutable distance to Tribute's Framingham, MA office, with availability to attend occasional in-person meetings and events
