Overview
Sales Administrator (Temporary - 3 Months with the view to go permanent)
Arnold, Nottingham (own transport is preferred)
Ideally 7:00am - 3:30/4:00pm
£13-14ph dependent on experience, looking for immediately available candidates or a short notice period.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter and maintain sales data using their systems.
* Handle incoming sales calls and emails, providing timely updates to production and accounts teams.
* Monitor and manage stock levels to maximise sales opportunities and reduce waste.
* Liaise with customers and transport teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Record transport sales and invoiceable tasks, supporting the transport planning function.
About You
* Previous experience in sales administration, stock management, or transport admin is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with good IT/data entry skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude - comfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environment.
* Own transport preferred due to the location
