Your day-to-day
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.
* Winning and managing clients within your niche market
* Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
* Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
* Working towards clear KPIs and goals
* Driving your own progression and success - the more you put in, the more you get out
Put simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.

* Willingness to support and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
* Previous experience in a sales role is essential. Any prior experience in recruitment or HR, even at an entry-level, is advantageous.
* Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
