As part of this journey, the Secretariat team is seeking a skilled Governance & Committee Manager to support its Board, executive team, and shareholders on all corporate governance matters.
This is a high-impact role with regular exposure to senior leadership, ideal for a governance professional or company secretary looking to take the next step in their career within a complex and high-profile organisation.
Provide strategic governance advice to board and committee chairs, staying ahead of regulatory and legal changes
Maintain governance calendars, coordinate statutory filings, and support corporate transactions
Lead on shareholder engagement and act as a key point of contact for governance queries
Deliver effective secretariat services to various governance forums across the business
Assist in the preparation and review of statutory accounts and filings
Background in company secretariat or governance, ideally within a large, regulated, or complex business
Exceptional stakeholder management skills – confident engaging with senior executives and external advisors
Legal qualification (Solicitor or equivalent)
