Responsibilities
The postholder is responsible for the development of the Board’s vision and strategic direction in relation to all Soft Facilities services. Responsibilities include developing, planning, implementing and evaluating a process of strategic change within the services throughout NHS Lothian so that they are properly aligned with the delivery of healthcare. This involves significant collaborative working with Local Authority partners, other Health Boards across Scotland and key colleagues with similar agendas throughout the UK, and potentially internationally when considering and evaluating best practice.
