The Job
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Workplace Account Manager to oversee and optimise our delivered-in catering services. You’ll be responsible for supervising a small team, nurturing and retaining client relationships. Ensuring that every contract is running to the highest operational standard. This role is about creating revenue through client care, effective operational delivery and contract optimisation. You’ll be the client’s key point of contact, managing our HQ based workplace team, supporting health and safety compliance, menu compilation and ensuring seamless day to day service

· Someone with a genuine passion for food, hospitality and creating memorable client experiences.
Skills & Experience
· 3+ years’ experience in account management, catering, hospitality or B2B sales.
· Proven track record of managing operational delivery across multiple contracts.
· Experienced at spotting and addressing operational issues proactively.
· Familiarity with workplace dinning and catering trends
· Strong organisational and negotiation skills
· Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools (knowledge of Eventworks beneficial)
