* QTS or equivalent qualification
* A commitment to improving outcomes for students with SEMH and ASC
* The ability to develop engaging, adaptive curriculum content
* A teaching approach that is trauma:informed, therapeutic, and student:centred
* Enhanced child DBS on the update service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Two professional references to validate your teaching experience
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across Keystages 3,4 and 5
* Develop long, medium and short:term planning with support from SLT
* Monitor and assess student progress, setting individualised targets
* Follow schools policies and procedures
