Court of Protection Solicitor – Health & Welfare
Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor with a strong interest in health and welfare law? A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a highly regarded, nationally recognised Court of Protection team, recently named a "Firm to Watch" by The Legal 500. This role offers the chance to work alongside nationally appointed specialists and further develop your expertise in one of the most complex and rewarding areas of mental capacity law.
The growing Court of Protection team includes a Panel Deputy and an Accredited Legal Representative and is widely respected for its dedication to safeguarding the rights of vulnerable individuals. Due to continued expansion and an increasing workload, the team is now looking to recruit a committed and experienced Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of health and welfare matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career, as well as a senior practitioner seeking the opportunity to take on a leadership position, with genuine scope to manage the team for the right candidate.
