Your Role
As a Senior Technician in our Bath team, you will:
* Specialist Repairs: Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and MOTs on premium and performance cars.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Conduct troubleshooting and complex fault-finding using modern, high-spec diagnostic systems.
* Quality Control: Maintain the incredibly high standards of accuracy and safety that our 5-week waiting list is built upon.
* Team Collaboration: Support a close-knit, expert team during an exciting period of growth.
* Efficiency: Hit the ground running in a busy environment, ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in peak condition.
What You Need
* Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or 3 preferred).
* Diagnostic Skills: Strong fault-finding abilities; Mercedes experience is a significant plus as we use the same diagnostic platform.
* Mindset: High attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a real passion for prestige automotive engineering.
* License: A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Reliability: The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-demand, professional setting.
