Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Act as a point of contact for designated customers in relation to order management, progress and status reports, timescale communications and billing
2. Attend conference calls and meetings with Sales and customers where required. Time to time you may be expected to drive them without the support of a Sale Manager.
3. You provide proactive communication to customers in a timely manner, setting and managing expectations and following through actions to completion
4. You manage your own customer portfolio. Responsible for the billing accuracies of each customer. Highlighting any risks to account managers that affects revenue recognition.
5. You manage the processing of customer purchase orders, ensuring that appropriate timescales are adhered to, and customer expectations are met.
6. You work closely with the Demand Manager and Supply Chain team to ensure stock levels are maintained as required by the customer.
7. You review and distribute customer reports, backup data and other supporting documents.
8. You work closely with other departments to ensure that SLAs are met
9. You work closely with the Account Manger to assist in ensuring the teams committed revenue numbers are achieved
10. You may be asked to complete other tasks that may be reasonably requested.

19. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Sales Administration or Support)
20. Good understanding of a ERP systems, preferably SAP
21. Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft office packages. Excel is a must.
