What We're Looking For:
* Proven success in education recruitment (or similar)
* A strong record of business development and client retention
* Driven, competitive and results-focused individuals
* A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
* High professional standards and a strong personal drive
What You'll Get:
* Base salary: £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission structure - no threshold, no ceiling. Earn commission from day one!
* Realistic OTE: £75,000 - £150,000+
* Yearly target based bonus' and whole team bonus' available
