This role is diverse, involving both front of house and administrative tasks. You need to be proactive and efficient to ensure smooth daily operations. The Guest Services Coordinator position is based at our Training Centre in Bristol, working Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00, with a salary of £26,280.
Day-to-day duties include:
* Signing in visitors, issuing health and safety briefs, answering and resolving telephone queries, and booking meeting rooms for clients as required.
* Unlocking and locking the building daily, including conducting checks to ensure security.
* Managing administrative tasks such as tracking visitor figures, no-show reports, stock taking audio-visual equipment, producing newsletters, internal audits, and staff pass reports.
* Responding to emails in the Reception Inbox promptly.
* Providing travel support, including relieving other sites if needed (full license preferred but not essential).
* Reviewing security checklists, logging faults, and ensuring they are addressed.
* Maintaining up-to-date health and safety posters and leaflets.
* Representing the team for engagement activities.
* Ordering lunches from catering suppliers for each classroom.
* Maintaining health and safety folders under the guidance of the regional front of house manager.
Additionally, you will assist with:
* Handling planned and reactive maintenance works as required.
* Working with the Compliance Manager to ensure maintenance jobs are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
* Conducting floor walks and logging faults.
