Alexander Steele are working with an established multi-site ambient food manufacturer in West Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Stock Replenishment Manager to join their Supply Chain team.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced stock or inventory professional to take ownership of replenishment processes across a fast-paced manufacturing site, ensuring material availability and supporting production efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Manage and maintain stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production demand.\n\n * Monitor stock coverage, lead times, and order cycles to prevent shortages or overstock.\n\n * Work closely with planning, purchasing, warehousing, and production teams to align supply with operational needs.\n\n * Utilise MRP/ERP systems to control stock movements and generate replenishment orders.\n\n * Maintain supplier relationships, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with minimum order quantities and agreed lead times.\n\n * Monitor and improve stock accuracy, stock turn, and availability KPIs.\n\n * Investigate discrepancies and lead stock control improvements across the site.\n\nOn Offer:\n\n * Annual Salary of £40,000\n\n * Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm\n\n * 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)\n\n * Pension: 3% employer / 5% employee\n\nIf this role is of interest or you require further information then please apply with your most up-to-date CV and I will be in touch
