Key Skills/Experience:
At least 45 years experience managing corporate insolvency cases
Ability to manage and supervise staff across a wide case portfolio
Advanced understanding of statutory requirements and insolvency frameworks
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in preparing and reviewing complex case documentation and reports
High proficiency in MS Office and IPS systems
CPI qualification preferred; JIEB desirable
Leadership qualities with a commercial and solution-driven mindset
Located within a reasonable commute to Sutton
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a diverse and complex portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
Leading and developing a team of Insolvency Administrators and Associates
Reviewing statutory documents, case strategies, and creditor communications
Acting as the primary point of contact for directors, legal representatives, and creditors
Supporting directors with business development, internal governance, and departmental planning
Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations
Driving process efficiency and mentoring team members for professional growth
