middle is partnered with an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP/IT Consultancy) based in Farnham to onboard a Service Desk Team Lead! After placing within the business, we know firsthand how well they treat their staff and clients!
They love helping their SME clients in the region and are ever-growing, through natural business referrals all thanks to the great engineers already onsite.
Ideal Skills:
* Proficient experience within Windows environments.
* O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within afast-paced environment.
* Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
* Understanding of networking principles and protocols Routers, Switches, connectivity, VLAN
* Previous experience as a Senior or 3rd Line. They will offer the opportunity to move into leadership if you have no proper experience.
