Are you a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Registered Nurse looking to take your career in a new direction? We are growing our team in the Cambridgeshire area and would like to hear from you! About the role: You will join our valued team of Case Managers to support young people and adults following life changing injuries. As a Case Manager, your focus is the client’s best interests first and foremost, coordinating care and rehabilitation, tailored to their specific needs. A Case Manager's aim is always to enable the client to regain and maintain the best quality of life, by working closely with them, their family, and care team to support every aspect of their physical, cognitive, and emotional wellbeing. The role is home-based managing a client caseload with visits to your clients' home within your geographical area. All ILS Case Managers are employed with the option for part-time salaried or flexible hourly employment. You will ideally be a driver with a car as travel is up to 2 hours from your home to clients. Travel and mileage is paid. Why choose ILS?
