Employment Basis: Part-time 3 days per week
Salary: £21,000 to £27,000 per annum (Pro-Rata equivalent to £35k to £45k)
Location: Hybrid Position
Main Purpose: This role is to take the lead on all KTAs IT requirements. Including, but not limited to; developing, maintaining, updating and supervising the website, CRM system and phone system. Additionally, to protect, safeguard and provide general support and troubleshooting solutions to KTA hardware and software applications, including, but not limited to: laptops, Pandadocs, Make and Microsoft 365 accounts/packages. Collate and provide accurate data/reports to SMT and SLT.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
CRM Management:
o Data inputting into the CRM system.
Coordinating reports and managing overall data within the CRM.
o Company-Wide Report Management Support: Creating, formatting, and distributing company-wide reports.
Online Presence Support: Creating and maintaining the company website and social media profiles.
Cyber Essentials Accreditation:
o Collaborating with external consultants to ensure the company meets necessary cyber essentials accreditations.
Data Capture via Online Survey Systems: Supporting data collection through various online survey platforms.
