We’re working with a forward-thinking property and construction consultancy, looking for an experienced Senior or Associate Director level Project Manager to join their Manchester office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering high-quality projects, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the growth of a respected consultancy.
What You’ll Do
* Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to a high standard
* Serve as the primary client contact, building long-term relationships
* Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting at every project stage
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams and monitor contractor performance
* Support business development initiatives and contribute to team growth
What We’re Looking For
* Proven consultancy-side project management experience, ideally with industrial, logistical or manufacturing projects however, other sectors will still be considered.
* Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
* A proactive approach and ambition to progress into senior leadership
What’s on Offer
* £65,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
