About the Role:
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the store management team across all areas, including back of house operations and store management when necessary.
* Building and managing a successful team focused on excellent service, accurate stock handling, and achieving targets in a commercial and safe environment.
* Creating a memorable customer experience by advising and selling products while representing the Bath & Body Works brand.
* Motivating and inspiring your team to perform at their best.
* Engaging actively in commercial and operational activities, adapting to change, and working collaboratively with your team.
