We're looking for a legal administrator to play a vital role within our legal property team. As a legal administrator, you'll provide key administrative support to ensure the legal property team operates efficiently and effectively. From day one, you'll be involved in a range of tasks that contribute to our delivery of high-quality legal and property services. This includes managing shared inboxes, allocating large volumes of emails and post, maintaining accurate and accessible digital records, and supporting colleagues with a variety of legal and administrative duties. You'll handle essential documentation such as s.20 consultations, property transactions, and commercial portfolio updates, and you'll play a crucial part in organising, redacting, archiving, scanning, and uploading documents. You'll assist with invoice processing, help prepare and submit Land Registry applications, and support complex charging exercises by liaising with solicitors, colleagues, and third parties. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong organisational skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for ensuring that all legal documentation is properly prepared, stored, and actioned on time. This is a part-time, permanent role working 18.75 hours per week. You'll be based at our Tewkesbury office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 14:30. The remaining hours can be worked flexibly, and we offer the option to work from home.
