HGV Class 1 Drivers
Location: Thurrock - Stanford-le-Hope
£17.00 or £19.00 per hour PAYE

Job Details:
We are seeking skilled and reliable HGV Class 1 Container Drivers to join our team. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and Compliance.
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving record
* Proven experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver
* Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
* Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Valid and up to date Driver CPC and Tacho Cards
* Preferably have Port ID cards already but can put the driver through if required
Responsibilities:
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
* Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and inform on site fitters of any issues.
* Communicate effectively with planners, customers, and team members
* Complete necessary paperwork, such as POD's and daily inspection reports
* Safely operate a commercial vehicle, Transporting Containers from Port to Addressess in the UK
