The Professional and Work-based Learning Team at the University of Nottingham have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and initiating strong employer partnerships to generate numbers for our degree apprenticeship and work-based development programmes. The role will support the administration and customer service aspect of the recruitment process, from advertising right through to contract issuing.

* Support the administration and customer service aspect of the recruitment process, from advertising right through to contract issuing.
* Take incoming enquiries, develop new leads and work with other industry-facing teams to manage employers and apprentices through the application process and meet recruitment targets for each programme.
* Develop good internal relationships, become familiar with the programmes we offer, and ensure that robust evidence is collated to meet ESFA funding rules and to satisfy Ofsted.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer, preferably with experience gained in the apprenticeships sector, who can combine a target-driven approach with knowledge and experience of the skills agenda to deliver a truly exceptional offer to industry.
This is a full-time (36.25 hour) permanent position. Job share arrangements may be considered. The team works in a hybrid fashion – from home with regular on-campus days in Professional Service Hubs.
