Lecturer in Computing
We are seeking a Lecturer in Computing to promote and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring to students.
* Ensure that all students achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development.
Key Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent level qualification in Computing/Digital or a relevant discipline.
* Willingness to work towards a recognised teaching qualification within a specified and agreed period (normally 2 years).
* Experience of industry-related Computing/Digital industry experience.
* Excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Salary
Up to £40,665.
Location and Travel
On‑site delivery at Burnley College Sixth Form Centre.
Opening/Closing Dates
Opening: 4.30pm, Friday 13 March 2025 (expected).
Closing: 4.30pm, Friday 13 March 2026.
