Lettings Assistant

Join Our Team as a Letting Assistant in Headington

Your Role:

As a Letting Assistant in our Headington team, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end lettings process, from initial enquiry through to tenancy start. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in property.

You will be responsible for marketing properties to let, handling applicant enquiries, conducting viewings, and processing applications. You will also support tenancy progression, including referencing, compliance checks, and preparing tenancy agreements, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both landlords and tenants.

This role offers fantastic exposure to the full lettings lifecycle, with clear progression opportunities and structured training designed to support your development within the property industry.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous customer service or front-of-house experience (ideally 1+ year)
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
3. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
4. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
5. High attention to detail with good spelling and grammar
6. Confident handling enquiries and speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
7. Ability to work well within a team and take ownership of tasks
8. Basic IT skills including MS Office, email, and internet systems
