What the Role Involves: Supporting individuals in their own homes across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Following tailored care plans for each client, including assisting with meals, medications, personal care, and providing companionship Maintaining dignity, respect, and a positive, energetic attitude at all times Helping fill each client’s day with purposeful, enjoyable activities A full induction will be provided before your first shift. Driving is desirable, as the role involves travelling between client homes. Consistency and reliability are essential.
