Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented People Experience Assistant Manager who thrives in a people-centric environment. Your role will involve creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that make a lasting impact.
Key Qualifications
* Management experience in a fast-paced HR advisory or coordinator role, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
* Willingness to travel across offices in London, Colchester, Maidenhead, and Maidstone.
* Experience in professional services (desirable but not essential).
* Willingness to assist with routine tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
* Ability to handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
* Proficient in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
Impact Areas
* Contribute to HR strategies aligned with the firm’s Business Plan, focusing on Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations.
* Participate in HR planning and review meetings.
* Manage projects and priorities under the guidance of the Senior HR Manager.
* Review and improve HR processes and practices.
* Provide HR updates to Engagement Partners and People Operations Partners.
* Prepare HR reports and management information for leadership.
* Advise on employment legislation and HR policy updates.
* Stay informed on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
* Support firm-wide communication of HR policies and updates.
* Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, consulting staff when needed.
