You will...
* Strong experience managing TikTok - All social and content management.
* Own and manage all other social media channels, driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency.
* Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
* Plan, create, and oversee high-performing content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram etc.).
* Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on insights and trends.
You will need...
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Social Media or Content-focused role, within Beauty or FMCG.
* Proven experience growing and managing social media platforms - TikTok experience is essential.
* Strong creative eye with the ability to produce engaging, on-brand content.
* Confidence using analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy.
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for social media, digital trends, and the Beauty industry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
