Description
As a TMA/Streetworks Compliance officer, you will provide Streetworks administration support in accordance with business operations and TMA/NRWSA, ensuring we meet service performance standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* You will action and investigate all S74, FPN and other failure charges, ensuring they comply with all current Streetworks processes and procedures
* You will Identify noticing issues and apply early intervention
* You will maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated
* You will provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved
Experience and Qualifications
* Streetworks and Symology experience preferable but no essential.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work in an organised manner to meet important deadlines.
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
