Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Physics lessons to students of different age groups and abilities. • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards and inspires a love for scientific inquiry and discovery. • Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments. • Provide constructive feedback and support to students, helping them to enhance their understanding and confidence in physics. • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and a passion for learning. • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, participate in professional development, and contribute to the overall success of the school. • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as physics clubs, field trips, and physics fairs, to enrich the students’ educational experience. • Maintain open and effective communication with parents, guardians, and the wider school community.
