At Dawson Lodge in Southampton, we’re not just cooking meals—we’re crafting experiences. As our new Chef you’ll support our Chef Manager in delivering delicious, nutritious, and visually stunning dishes to our 43 residents every single day.

This isn’t your average kitchen role—it’s your chance to innovate, inspire, and make a real impact.

What’s On the Table?

Creativity Unleashed: Have Input in designing menus, experiment with fresh seasonal produce, and cater to unique dietary needs with flair.

Step up to the Plate: In the absence of the Chef Manager, keeping operations running as smooth as your signature sauces.

Bank/ Casual contract: 0 hours per week, as and when required.

Dawson Lodge in Southampton is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 43 residents. At Anchor, we pride ourselves in providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people, the beauty of our grounds, the quality of our catering and our engaging activities we deliver.
