Together with Turning Point, Bristol Drugs Project, and several other local and national partners, we are committed to providing outstanding support to those in need.
This role is based in our Alcohol Team at our north Bristol hub, where you will play a vital role in transforming lives.
Starting Salary: £25,116, with annual progression up to £29,383. Depending on your experience, you may even start at a higher salary!

Your Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will:
* Act as a key worker for a caseload of service users, helping them set and achieve their treatment goals.
* Maintain regular contact with clients, providing advice, information, and psycho-social interventions.
* Conduct assessments and risk management planning, collaborating closely with clinical staff and partner agencies.
* Utilize risk tools and make appropriate safeguarding referrals as necessary.
* Bring your unique experiences—whether personal or professional—to support our diverse client base.
