Our client is searching for a dynamic Change Lead to join the Oracle System Support and Development (OSSD) team, managing improvements across Business & People System Support (BPSS). About the Role
As the Change Lead for Oracle and other core business systems, you'll play a key role in supporting system improvements and driving change across HR and business processes. Your mission? To ensure systems are efficient, user-friendly and continuously updated. You'll be instrumental in implementing change, enhancing processes, and building strong relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the Forward Schedule of Change and planning for effective implementation of change requests.
* Oversee the change process, ensuring compliance with security practices and standards.
* Contribute to the management of system policies and procedures by way of review, analysis and recommendation
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
* Facilitate monthly management meetings and provide administrative support to the Finance and Business Systems teams.
* Maintain the BPSS Risk Record and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Experience of supporting a technical systems
* Collaborate with the business to identify challenges and implement system upgrades.
* Communicate effectively about upcoming changes and enhancements.
What You Bring
* Relevant IT/professional services qualification, or a willingness to attain ITIL certification.
* Excellent document writing skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
* Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
* A proactive, mature approach to work, capable of working independently.
