About The Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you\'ll help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support. You\'ll assist with daily living, offer companionship, and share moments and memories. The role is varied and rewarding, with duties including supporting residents with food and drink and following care plans, and ensuring each resident has one-to-one time to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you\'ll need some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-heartedness will shine through, and you\'ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
