The Role As Mechanical Project Manager, youll take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Working alongside clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, youll be responsible for programme management, procurement, project delivery, client relationships, commercial performance and overall project success. The Requirements You will currently be working as a Mechanical Project Manager, Senior Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Contracts Manager within the Building Services sector. You should have a proven track record delivering mechanical packages on commercial, healthcare, education or similar projects, with experience managing projects through the full lifecycle. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and project teams are essential.
