The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time) to join our client’s growing digital agency. This is a key role focused on developing and executing effective lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels, including LinkedIn, PPC, and inbound marketing. Key Responsibilities: Build and optimise LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate quality B2B leads. Plan and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to attract inbound enquiries. Create inbound marketing strategies including content marketing, automated email workflows, and lead nurturing. Identify and trial new digital channels to improve lead acquisition. Use CRM tools to track, manage and report on lead pipeline. Work collaboratively with internal sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals. Analyse campaign performance and continually refine strategies to maximise ROI. Candidate Profile Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on lead generation. Demonstrable expertise in LinkedIn outreach, PPC (Google & LinkedIn Ads), and inbound content strategies. Confident in setting up and optimising digital channels from scratch. Strong knowledge of CRM and CRM implementation Strong written and verbal communication skills. A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance metrics and KPIs.
