We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with C-Level experience. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring every moment of the CEO's day is optimised. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing all internal/external correspondence, prioritising key tasks, and preparing reports, presentations, and complex financial documents.
In addition, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office, including managing onboarding, HR queries, and procurement. They will also be responsible for drafting and managing contracts, liaising with vendors, and overseeing logistics for board meetings.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate finance, deal teams/fundraising, and/or strategic planning processes. They will be a proactive problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitude, and possess excellent time-management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines.

Requirements
* At least 5+ years' EA experience with C-Level experience, ideally with exposure to HR, finance, legal, and strategic planning
* Exceptional organisational skills and granular attention to detail
* A proactive problem-solver with a flexible, can-do attitude
* Confident in handling financial data and working across teams
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
* Experience supporting at board level, with a strong understanding of board functions
* Experience in project management and managing the assignment of priorities and tasks for a team of business support staff
* Experience as a people manager, ideally as a team leader
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in Shopify, Trello, accounting software, and automation tools being a plus
* Proactive approach to support with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
* Flexible and adaptable, with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy CEO

This role is based in our central Bristol office with the option to work from home one day a week. There will also be a requirement to travel to our London offices several times a month.
