Responsibilities
* Operate the shop in a commercially aware and opportunistic way, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Motivate teams and create a safe, energised work environment with high standards and accountability for the shop’s performance.
* Manage a busy, varied workload; work with volunteers who may take on many shop tasks, including covering the manager’s absence.
* Communicate effectively, delegate tasks, coach colleagues, and build strong relationships with supporters and customers.
* Attract new supporters daily and maintain a positive, welcoming store culture.
