Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of audio branding strategies for our clients. Working with clients, creative teams, and technology experts, you will translate brand visions into sonic identities and act as a trusted advisor and partner. You will take time to understand each client's brand and offer tailored, strategic guidance.
Your responsibilities go beyond traditional account management. You will drive an exceptional client experience, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of world-class customer service. You will foster meaningful client relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and company success.
Being highly organized and strategic is essential. You will manage intricate timelines and ensure projects stay on track, while aligning them with client and company goals. You will strive to exceed goals and continuously raise the bar for success.
Responsibilities
* Client-centric approach: Develop robust relationships with clients by understanding their brand values, objectives, and target audience.
* Communication: Provide prompt, clear updates on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
* Collaboration: Work with creative and technology teams to translate client requirements into audio branding solutions.
* Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery using data-driven insights.
* Time Management: Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
* Risk management: Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
* Achieving excellence: Own KPI delivery and strive for exceptional results.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough records of client interactions and project progress.
* Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and pursue ongoing improvement.
Measures of Success
* Extensive experience in a process-driven B2B Account Management role
* Attention to detail, creativity, and initiative
* Ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue within the account base
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
