Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator role is a key position as it is the link between what the Customer needs and informing Operations when they need it. Sales Coordinators are responsible for the customer’s journey through the business including call-offs, delivery dates, and post-delivery CS issues.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Liaising within construction site managers regarding order for delivery i.e. staircases for specific plots
2. Working with internal departments - Customer Services (part of the same office) they actually process the orders and transport to let them know what needs to be delivered, when & where
3. Deal with any issues regarding orders not available - perhaps the site manager hasn’t planned the orders enough in advance for them to be built on time
4. Updating internal systems and working off internal systems regarding order completion
5. Deals with queries via email, telephone and App
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through a proactive approach to Customer Service
