Overview
A Global Professional and Financial Services organisation with offices in London is looking for an experienced Events Professional to join their growing team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (inside IR35).
Location: 1-2 days a week on-site
This is a Global role, working with the senior leadership team. The ideal person will be strategic in their approach and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
Position Overview
Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships for events. Project manage, coordinate and execute successful events.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and venues.
* Oversee event marketing and promotion to maximize attendance.
* Ensure seamless on-site event execution, including troubleshooting.
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in event coordination, ideally in a professional services organisation. Financial services experience is a huge plus.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Creativity and a strategic mindset.
